I believe these are called window balancers. I would need 4 of them if possible

Hello!

It appears you have the 15-199 pivot shoe. This is used with the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. I suspect the width of the spring band is 3/8" based on the shape of your cover but please correct me if I'm wrong. If I'm right, see the 15-204 double spring support.

You will also have to check the spring band for a stamped number. If there aren't any, feel free to get back to us with the sash weight and we can calculate what you'd need from there.
