I need the left and right window hardware for weather shield casement windows. The part is labeled with truth. The number on the part is 6097P.this photo is from an identical window. The actual windows are stuck closed, and I am afraid to open them and remove the part and not be able to get the window closed again. If we can't identify the part from these photos, we will resort to that. thank you. Lisa

I believe these are the correct items based on my measurements. Do you have instructions explaining how to Replace the current hardware with the new hardware?

We don't have specific instructions for these operators, but the replacement process is relatively straightforward. First, you'll need to remove the wooden sill cover to access the screws that secure the operator to the sill. The video below demonstrates this step. Although the featured operator may differ from yours, the method for removing the wooden sill cover is the same.

Once the sill cover is removed, you can unscrew the operator and disconnect the link arm from the stud bracket to fully remove it from the window. To install the new operator, simply reverse this process.
