This looks like the 15-215, which is included in our Series 140 Coil Balance assemblies. If you need to replace the coil springs, look for a stamp that indicates the spring strength. If there is none, weigh your window sash. Give me the exact weight and I can work out the weights you need.

is the stamp on the coil not the number you need? k10

Just asking where else would we look?

Apologies, I somehow missed that stamp in the first photo. Yes, I think that 10 is perfectly reliable to go by. In that case, see our S140-10 10 pound spring assembly. This should work as a replacement. Let me know if you have further questions.
