Looking for help in finding a truth window operator replacement and also truth locking hatch replacement.  Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 38-095 was the first part to come to mind for the lock. As for the operator, see the 39-315 and 39-316. Carefully review the specifications for these parts and compare them with yours to see if they match up to your old hardware.
