Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177, which would use the S152-7 coil springs, based on your stamp code. Take a look, and thanks for posting!

Do you stock the the pivot shoe and coil together like the picture I sent you?

Unforutnately, these parts do not come preassembled. The coil springs attach to the pivot shoe with the screw shown in your photos. We also offer the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145 coil support hardware if needed.
