Window pivot shoe

Home Owner from Hendersonville,TN
My home was built in 2007 and many of my windows are now experiencing issues with staying up due to defective pivot shoes.

Thanks for posting. This looks our 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Shoe. However, note the groove in the stem that your old shoe has; this groove interfaces with a similar shape in your balances. I'm afraid our T-Lock shoes as well as our balances do not have such an interface; therefore, you'll need all new Series 795 Channel Balances. See this blog article here for more details.
