Window replacement parts

Good evening, some of the windows in my house do not open properly. They get stuck on the frame and some won't Close without me, pulling the window in. I don't know if it's the mechanism or what. But it looks like a product that you sell.

Thanks for posting. Yes, it does sound like you need new casement window operators. This is either the 39-253LB and 39-253RB, or the 39-438B and 39-439B. These operators are identical except for the appendage at the end of the straight arm. The video below explains. In either case, for new covers and handles, see the 39-375 and 39-376, or the 39-451 and 39-452, depending on the style you prefer.
