Window rises but won't stay up

Handy Person from New York
Hi,

It seems like I'll need the upper left and right parts that help keep the window in the raised position. Please let me know all the parts I'll need. Thanks

Hey there!

We'd be happy to help, but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory.

Thank you!

I've attached some photos of it. Is this sufficient? The track width is 1.5". If not, I'm assuming I have to cut the track in order to remove? Once I remove the good one can I simply replace it or do I need a new one also?

It is 1/2" thick.

CORRECTION: The track width seems to be 1 1/8"

It looks like you might have our 15-215 pivot shoe which uses the Series 140 coil springs, but you'll need to remove yours from the window to confirm if this matches what you need. I've also attached a video below on how to remove your hardware using the cut-out method. If your original pivot shoe is undamaged you can reuse it.
