We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Basically, this would be a 26" long Series 795 channel balance but with the 1" wide 15-194 shoe and 15-198 top hook attached to the end of the cord. 

We would make this for you before we ship it out. Would that be okay? If you're interested, please tell me how many you needed and I will then email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.

You should also review the hardware I listed just to ensure everything matches up, too. Better safe than sorry.
