The coil itself  is .020" thick and is marked E7.
The manufacture?/Seller is long out of business the info is in a photo
The lower slide is 1.255" width and 1.5" in height and .490" Thick.
The interal coil is +/-  .725" with the outer +/- 1.25"
The tab is the full width of .490"
There are 12 loops in the coil. 
The upper coil holder has the mounting screw in thr center of the coil holder.

Hi there!

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177, which uses the 1/2" wide Series 152 coil springs. Since the spring is stamped with the number 7, take a look at the S152-7 7-pound coil spring. Note that the spring is designed to be screwed to the side of the pivot shoe with the 33-072.
