Window won't crank all the way in

A handy person from Sioux Falls, SD says:
It says TRUTH on all the parts and there are the following part numbers on the unit:
Base: 45251
Middle arm piece: 31850

Also, I can't take the cover off the crank so I think the one I need will have to have it attached.

Hello there. See our 39-315 and 39-316. Look over the dimensions and see if this operator type matches. The cover indeed comes built-in on these operators; for a new handle, see the 39-114L. You can re-use your old stud brackets unless they're damaged; otherwise, see the 39-545 and 39-546
