Window won't crank shut

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. If your window won't close, it's either a problem with the operator or hinge. I recommend disconnecting the operator from the track and trying to close the window manually. If it closes fine, then you need the operator. If it still hangs up, you need the hinge.

Assuming it's the operator, it's difficult to ID yours while it's still installed. Removal is usually a necessary first step. That said, I'm reminded of our 39-013. Yours might be an older version of this. We also sell the 39-014 for the opposite side.

Start by comparing these to your original. If they don't match, we need to see it out.
