Window won't lift

We'd be happy to help but we'd need to see your coil springs and pivot shoe fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thanks for getting back to us. The style is a bit different but your piuvot shoe resembles the 15-177. Take a look and compare the width and thickness shown below to yours. If it's a match, you can use the S152-6 coil spring and related support hardware for your replacement balances. Keep in mind that using one S152-6 coil on each side will support a 12 pound sash.
