Window won't stay up

I would like to buy replacement T pivots and balance assembly for this model Simonton window. What are the part # that I need?

Hello!

We can definitely help with this. You have the 15-199 pivot shoe which is designed to be used with the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. Your pivot bar may be the 26-378 but I recommend you compare the specifications with an undamaged version to confirm.
