Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for your existing coil balance assembly. Although, to identify the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the entire assembly removed from the window channel. I'll especially need to see a photo of the pivot shoe compatible with the coil springs and the cover in your photos. You'll also need to have the hardware removed to check for any stamps/markings on the metal coils and to compare the dimensions for the shoe, once it has been identified.
In the meantime, your tilt latches remind me of our 26-244 and the opposite handed version, part 26-243. To determine if this is the correct replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

Very Brittle casing for the balancing mechanism. When I tried to take them out, the encasement fell apart. The one spring was bent and very agitated when I tried to take it out, it snapped at me and broke several times.
The coils have a #4 on it with 35" (pic attached). The pivot shoe was also very dirty and fragile (pic also attached). Each had 3 coils in them, and each window weighed about 22.5 pounds
Yes, the latches were the ones that you sent a picture to me of. Need 6 or those

Thanks for posting! Your coil balance shoe looks a lot like the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, be sure to compare the dimensions below.

The coil spring you have pictured here appears to be the 3/8" Thick Series 165 Egress Coil Balance. Since the sash weighs 22.5lbs, it sounds like you have (3) S165-4 Egress Coil Balances. You'll just need to double check that the coil spring you have is 3/8" thick.
The compatible cover would be the 15-205 3/8" Egress Coil Triple Support.
All of these items are available for purchase via the website. You'll be able to add the quantity you need to the online cart.
