Windows balance broken

The part that the lower sash connects to broke. I have included two pics to show the parts

Thanks for reaching out to us! The window balance you have here appears to be the Series 765 Balance. Your exact shoe is no longer made but the 15-046 Pivot Shoe will work in place of the one you have. This is the shoe recommended to use with that balance series.

Carefully review and compare the dimensions below to confirm that this is the replacement you need. The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040 Pivot Bar.
