Can you tell me if you have the parts shown in the attached photos

Thanks for reaching out to us. We'd be happy to help with this. We'll just need more information to narrow down some options. Can you show us the front of the pivot shoe? It'd also be helpful if you could write out the thickness and width.

Attached please find pictures of the shoe, as requested. The shoe is 1/2" thick and between 1-3/8" and 1-1/4" wide (say 1-5/16"). The pivot bar is 3-5/8" long. there are two balance coils. The lower one is marked "4" and the upper one is marked "7"

I believe you have a Slocomb window. They changed the tip of the pivot bar, the 26-129, but it will fit the new pivot shoe which is the 15-177. If the springs are fine, you can reuse them or purchase the S152-4 and S152-7 coil springs.
