Thanks for posting. We may be able to help replace this casement window operator, but I need to see more to ID it. Specifically, please show me the link arm(s) that jut out of the back of this operator nad help push and pull the window closed. Their shape and style should tell us what you need.

See our 39-013 with a 13-1/2" straight arm, or the 39-027E with a 9-1/2" arm. Compare both with your old hardware to determine if either of these match what you need. For a new crank handle use the 39-114L.
