We have 2 vinyl windows won't stay open. It seems the balance kit was broken.
Attached are pictures for a good window, and a bad one that won't stay open.
The size of the two windows is:
1. 21 1/2 * 34
2. 33 1/2 * 33 1/2
Please let me know the parts I need for both windows.

I'll just need to see a photo of your assembly removed from the window to confirm the best replacement. You'll also need to have the assembly removed to confirm the stamps/markings from the metal coil.
Unfortunately, I cannot identify the hardware based on the window size and the photos provided.

Thanks for writing in! We do not carry an exact replacement for the pivot shoe you have picture here, however, our 15-199 should work well as a replacement. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to confirm that this is the right fit. I am confident these are the replacement shoes you'll need.
The coil spring you'll need is the 1/2" Thick Series 160 coil balance. Specially, you'll need the S160-6 since yours is stamped with a #6.5. The compatible cover appears to be our 15-150D.
