Thanks for reaching out! This exact shoe is no longer made but the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe has similar dimensions and should work to replace it. Carefully review and compare them to confirm.

This shoe uses the 1/2" wide Series 152 Coil Balance; attached using the 33-072 screw. To determine which coil you need, the best course of action would be to confirm the sash weight. If it weighs 12lbs, you'll need the S152-6; an 18lb sash will need the S152-9.

You will need to reuse the existing supports for the repair, if possible. If you cannot reuse them, you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel. All three snap together to create the support.
