I don't believe we have a match for the escutcheon. We sell the 38-205, 38-208, and 38-209 but I am hesitant they'd work. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare.

As for the operator, it looks like you may have the 39-253LB & 39-253RB or the 39-438B & 39-439B operators depending on the design of the guide. These assemblies are compatible with the 39-375, 39-376, 39-451, and 39-452 cover and handles.
