Won't crank open or shut

Question

Are these pictures enough to tell what I need for replacing this unit? It sometimes grabs but mostly just slips. Help..

Your operator resembles the 39-315 and 39-316 assemblies, which are compatible with the 39-205 folding handle. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!
