Have a tilt window with broken spiral balance on right side. Various connecting pieces broken both sides and on the window itself. I can identify the pictures if needed. I had 10 pictures. Hoping to sent the rest in 2nd message.

Hello!

You only showed broken pivot shoes, so please compare the dimensions of our 15-046 to an undamaged pivot shoe to see if this matches what you need. The balance system will be our Series 600

A home owner from Buffalo,NY says:
Thanks for your very helpful info. Now that I've had time to get to this I think I know what to order. The only question is the pivot shoe dimensions. Since they are all broken it was hard to measure. I think the 15-046 matches all dimensions except mine might be 9/16 deep. I'm thinking better a little smaller than too big too fit in the slot. The tubes are 25" and the sash is 8 lb. I will attach more pictures.

I wouldn't go any thicker on the pivot shoe, the 15-046 is fine for your window. The pivot bar is our 26-040 and you'll need our S600-25 with a red tip option for a 8 pound sash. Our 75-006 charging tool would also be very helpful with charging the balance and attaching the spiral to the pivot shoe. Take a look at these items along with the helpful videos listed on this page and see what you think.

A home owner from Buffalo,NY says:
Ok that confirms what I thought. Will place my order now and look forward to finishing this! Thanks for your help.
