Would repair if I could otherwise I will have replace window

You only showed broken pivot shoes, so please compare the dimensions of our 15-046 to an undamaged pivot shoe to see if this matches what you need. The balance system will be our Series 600. 

I wouldn't go any thicker on the pivot shoe, the 15-046 is fine for your window. The pivot bar is our 26-040 and you'll need our S600-25 with a red tip option for a 8 pound sash. Our 75-006 charging tool would also be very helpful with charging the balance and attaching the spiral to the pivot shoe.
