To further review, do you have any similar windows where the operator is still installed that we can see the arm placement? With the arm being detached from the operator base, we cannot confirm the orientation of the arm. 

We have two very similar operators, the 39-387 and 39-317 that the main difference is short link arm attachment. If it is attached under or on top of the first arm. Seeing an undamaged version will give us this point of view. Thank you!
