Wright/Hurd 07701-00 Single Arm Operator Window

Question

I think I need to replace this mechanism. It is a Wright/Hurd 07701-00 Single Arm Operator Window with the length of the arm (from the bend) being 12".
It does not operate properly. When trying to open it would skip and when looking at the removed part it seems like there is excessive up/down motion on the arm within the metal casing.
Where can I get a new part?

Thanks for writing in your question. Could we have you start with taking a look at both our 39-013 and 39-014 operators? Take a good look to see if these are the right fit for you. For the crank handles, our 39-114L is worth considering.
