Wrong part ordered please help.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell this shoe. The best we can offer is the 15-194 but this won't fit in your old balance's metal channel so you would need a whole new balance, the Series 795. Can you tell us the stamp printed on the metal channel? Can you also confirm whether your balance installs with a screw or a hook? 

Thank you for confirming! We can help with this but it must be a custom order since your balance uses a hook like the 15-198. How many balances are you looking to order? I can draft a price quote from there.
