assistance with identifying replacement parts

Hi,
I need 4 window channel balances for replacement. After reviewing your website, I found the closest product you offer is: 32" Series 795 Channel Balance. However, your top is a flat metal piece, while mine is a hook. I found a similar hook product: 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment. The opening my hook goes to is circular, not square. There is no tutorial in coverting the flat metal end into the hook end. Could you provide some guidance?

Hello,

We can supply your replacement balances, but it will need to be a custom order to have the 15-198 hook attached to the S795-32 (32D) balances. We just sent over an order link and price quote for you to review.

Note that the S795 comes with the 1/14" wide 15-195 closed cam T-lock shoe attached. We offer the 15-229 shoe with a black break that matches yours, which are sold separately.
