balance replacement

Question

I spoke with Swisco and they told me based off the information I gave them that I would need custom channel balances. So I have attached photo's and info regarding the busted channel balance.

-I need two channel balances
-I have identified the pivot shoe as the 15-216 from your web site
-I have identified the inverted link as the 15-224
-The channel balance I have is marked 26B, 1/2" wide by 26" long

The end of the string has a hook on it as you can see from the photo's and the hole that the hook goes into on the window track is round

Thanks for your post, and for the thorough breakdown of what you need. I just sent you an email to order (2) 26" Series 795 channel balances, stamped 26B, with the 15-224 Link Shoe and 15-198 Hook attached.
