balance rod help needed

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like your balance is a match for the S770-24, but it uses a hook like the 62-105 instead of a terminal clip. We can still help, but this must be a custom order. Can you confirm the weight of the window sash? How does the balance install to the top of the window? Additionally, how many balances are you looking to replace?

Thank you kindly! Our Series 770 is meant to screw in at the top of the window track, so I'm not sure what metal bracket your balance uses. May we see a photo of the bracket removed from the window? 

Perfect, thank you! While our balance is designed to use a screw, you can just install it the same way as your old balance. 

With that said, I'm going to email you a purchase link for (2) S770-24 balances with the 62-105 hooks attached and the 24B stamp. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 11 to 17 pounds, so your sash weight must fall within this range. 

Note that the 15-056 retainer and 15-105 pivot shoe are sold separately.
