Hi there!

I recommend the 15-199 pivot shoe. This looks like a dead ringer for your old ones. The 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 are the compatible springs but the best match depends on the width of the spring band. By the looks of your old spring support, it may be 3/8". You can measure to be sure.

If I'm right, see the S165-5 5-pound spring based on the stamps on your old springs.
