Great, thank you! Our Series 795 matches what you have here but this uses a screw to install while yours uses a hook. This must be a custom order due to that difference. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link for (3) S795-28 balances with the 28C stamp and 15-198 hook attached. Note that you will also have to purchase the 15-195B shoe separately since your old one can't fit in our metal channel. The video below shows how to install this kind of shoe.
