caradco window cranks 40056 RH and 40055 LH

Landlord from Damariscotta Maine
Hi, I live in Florida, I have a rental house in Maine. I was just up there doing needed repairs including cleaning and fixing the caradco windows. I need 2 right hand and 1 left hand casement window operators. The model number on the my original parts are 40056 RH and 40055 LH. When I saw the image of your part #'s 39-027E and 39-028E it looked exactly like what I had taken off the window, however, I believe they were longer than 9.5 inches. The only other option that may work are your 39-014 and 39-013 that are 13.5 inches. Unfortunately I don't have those original parts with me to measure. Could you assist in helping me determine which would be the correct ones to purchase.
Thank you, Tom

Tom, Caradco used both sizes of operators in their older models. If your sashes are on the wider size, you may need the longer ones. In order to determine the size of the arm, you will have to measure up where the operator is mounted and where the track is located on the sash.

I am in need of a replacement for a caradco Casement Crank. The part number on the crank hardware is 40055. LH. The arm is approximately 12 inches long on this crank. If you have anything that can replace this crank I would really like to get one.
THanks,
Bob

Bob, have you taken a look at the 39-027E and 39-028E replacement casement operators?
If you're still uncertain, you can always submit pictures of your operators so we can take a look.
