Yes, 39-013 and 39-014 operators are the same style but have the 13-1/2" arm.

I have a 30 year old Caradco window, which has a 13 1/2 inch arm. I only see 9 1/2 arms on the site. Can I use your 13 1/2 wood window crank replacement (39-013 & 39-014)?
