casement operator

Question

Casement operator. The bronze color and the shape of the bottom is important. 9 1/2 inch arm.
CAN we get this still?

I see the white operator: Swisco 39-365, but can not find this bronze version.

Hello,

Thanks for writing in! The operator you'll need to replace this one is the 39-028E Ellipse Style Single Arm Operator; the opposite version is the 39-027E. They are both compatible with the 39-114L Crank Handle.

You'll notice this operator has a nylon roller at the end of the arm, like yours. The 39-365 has a stainless steel roller.

The operators and handle are available in dark bronze.
