casement operator crank issues

Question

The shaft has separated from the operator.  The brass gear that locks in the shaft can not be screwed back in properly.  So I believe I will need to replace the entire casement operator.  I don't see the name of the window anywhere on the frame.  I have attached pictures of the current casement operator.  Thank you.

I would recommend starting by comparing the dimensions of our 39-013 and 39-014 operators with our 13-1/2" long arms and see how they compare to your hardware. Thank you!
