casement window arm operator; "Hullor" perhaps is stamped on arm

Question

I recently purchased many Caradco replacement parts from you thinking that's what I needed. Took apart window to find this piece doesn't match anything I purchased from Swisco. Nor do the Swisco replacement items make sense for what the window has.

What is this that I need to replace to make my window function again?

Hi Susan,

The arm of your operator looks pretty long. I would recommend starting with our 39-013 and 39-014 with 13-1/2" arms and see how the dimensions shown on our product page compare to yours. Thank you!
