casement window crank operator

Handy Person from Quincy, WA 98848
I noticed in my first post that my pictures were blurry when expanded, so I've sent a second set of pictures.

TPUTI I is printed on an arm on the top side.
41013, 41016, 41010B, 31881 are stamped on the arms on the bottom.
Made in the U.S.A, 05/01/01, and 05:55 are on the bottom of the housing.

See our 39-239B or its stainless steel variant, the 39-239C. Look over the dimensions to see if this could work for you. For a new handle set and cover, see either our 39-451 or 39-375. For a new Pivot Slide, see the 39-536.

Hi! The picture of a sticker in the casement window crank section on your website swisco.com looks exactly like the one in my window (see picture below). Can you help me find the right replacement crank assemblies and price them for me? The crank is on the left side of the hardware on the two I need. Thanks, Mike

Hello, Mike. This sticker unfortunately doesn't tell us anything about what hardware your window used. The reason we were able to identify the hardware in the original post was because that customer also provided photos of the part they wanted to replace. That is a necessary step in this process.

Please remove the crank in question and show me a clear photo of it without obstruction. I can then check our inventory to see if we have a good match.

Hi! Do the following pictures help?

Also, do you have a video of how to take this off and replace it? Thanks so much, Mike.

These photos are perfect, thanks! What you have here is either our 39-253RB or 39-439B, depending on the design of the guide at the end of the long arm. You'll have to disconnect that before you can verify, so make sure to do that next. There's a small cutout in the track, so all you have to do is crank the operator until the guide aligns with that cutout, then pop it out. It should be possible by hand.

The video below will go into more detail as to the difference between these two parts.
