casement window replacement openers

Question

9&1/2 arm center to center, arm marked "wright" in script lettering. on the bottom of the opener "7702" is stamped on both sides. i would really be interested in replacement parts, especially if your parts are better quality than these. also reply as to if the opener pictured is a rh or a lh. Thank You
