Looking to change out the crank assembly so the window will close easily again.

Sounds like you need a new operator. We can help, but your photo only shows the base, which isn't enough to make a recommendation. In order to help ID a match, we need to see the entire operator in one photo. You can either remove it entirely or just open the window, as long as we can see as much as possible. The more of it is obscured, the harder it will be for us to find a match.

Thank you and sorry for the delay. Winter came and we just didn't try open the window all season. Spring is here and its time to fix this window. Attached is the full operator photo. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

This is a huge help, thank you! I am very confident that our 39-035 is the part you want. We also sell the 39-036 for the opposite side. You can reuse your old cover, handle, and bracket, since they all seem to be in good condition.
