circa 1987 Milgard channel balance parts

Question

Hi,
I need 2 21" replacement channel balances for my old Milgard windows.
I attached pictures, with measurements. They are stamped 2040.

I'm not sure which series (385?, 390?, 395?) to order. They all look very similar, but none exactly match the ones I have (shoe guide depth, top and shoe guide "wing" widths). I measured the shoe depth to be about 1-3/32". Can you help?

I also need 2 top sash guides. Is the 18-008 the correct one?

Do you sell the small black plastic glides? Do you sell replacement black weather strips?

I agree, the 18-008 looks like a close match for your top sash guide. I would just make sure all the dimensions match.

As for the balance, I think you have our Series 390 channel balance. The depth of this shoe is 1-1/8". It's not the Series 385 or Series 395 because neither of your nylon attachments have wings.
