coil balance

Question

This is the style of spring that I need
One sash weight is 14 pounds and the other is 21 pounds
can you tell me which spring I need to order ?

Hello,

You have a coil balance assembly that was recently discontinued and is no longer made. The good news is that we do sell modern components that can replace it: see the 15-177 pivot shoe and Series 152 spring.

For a 14-pound sash, you would use one S152-7 coil on each side. For the 21-pound sash, I'd recommend using two S152-5 coils on each side. Thanks for posting!
