We have Simonton replacement windows in our home that were put in by the last owner. The coil balances are breaking and we need to replace. Not sure what parts are needed. We took the coil balance out of the window for you to review. Your help would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this Simonton coil balance assembly but we can still help. You can use the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil balances. You'll also need the 26-083 pivot bar and either the 15-255 or 15-256 coil supports depending on how many springs are used per side. I recommend watching the video below which will go over the replacement steps.
