Hello,
We'd be happy to help but we'll need a bit more information to get started. If you could show us a photo of the pivot shoe that the coils springs attach to, that would help us narrow down your options. In the meantime, look over the videos related on this page. Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to us. Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177, which works with the S152 coil springs. I'd recommend weighing your sash to confirm the tension needed for your replacement coils since your stamp does not match any of our strength options. Once that is determined, see the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 support barrel used to support these coil springs.
I also agree that the 26-030 looks like a match for your pivot bar as long as the dimensions are the same. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
In that case, I would recommend using one S152-6 coil spring on each side of the window.
The 15-150S is used with a different type of coil balance assembly than what we've discussed in this thread. The 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145 are used to support the S152 coil springs used with the 15-177 pivot shoe. The style of the support hardware has been known to change over time but these are the parts that are confirmed to work together.
