If all you need is new handles, you can start by looking at the 39-114L that installs on an operator spline with a diameter of 11/32". 

If you need the entire assembly, take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-022 and 39-023 to yours. Note that our arms measure 11" long and have a steel roller at the end of the arm that rides in the sash track. Thank you!
