Hi Lisa. We'd be happy to furbish these balances for you. Note that (2) is our minimum quantity for custom balance orders. When one balance fails, the other in the window usually isn't far behind, so it may behoove you to replace both anyways. I just sent you an email with a custom link to order a pair of 27" Series 795 balances, stamped 27C, with the 15-198 hook attached. The 15-195 shoe comes attached by default to this balance Series.
