I need 2 replacement window coil balances for an Anderson window installed in 1987 or 1988. The sash weighs 8 pounds. The only marking I could see is CO on the round metal pieces. The round metal pieces measure 1/2 inch in width. I don't need the 2 plastic pieces with the 2 holes with 2 screws. They ... (cont.)

The metal arm, which is rusted and attaches to the window frame, pops off. The casement window does not open and close properly.

I need a new sliding glass door handlwset w a keylock

I have Paradigm windows, serial # W220942, that have broken night safety locks I want to buy.

I have an Arcadia sliding door lock /handle that has stuck in the locked position. It has a button type latch system, you push the top square button to lock and bottom button to unlock. Is there a replacement available?

The above corner latches have broken have broken legs. the length of the legs are approximately 1.590. The legs are 1/4" wide and just under 1/8"thick. Hey this may be difficult but I'm looking for the small vinyl trim that picture frames the sashes. These are MI windows and it seems that these pieces have a small strip that tucks into the jambs.
