Looking for an opener for a ROW casement window 16 in wide

2 1/2 inch pivot bar from 25 year old double hung window. Unknown manufacturer. The hole where it is broken is about 7/8 of an inch from the end of the L shape. The other hole does not matter as there is no hole in the sash for it. I was thinking maybe part 26-448 or 26-454.

Looking for right and left hand . For Simonton crank type window

The holes are 2 3/16 but the whole latch is 1 1/2 x 3 1/4. Inscribed inside is 11147 patent pending.

These are locks for windows on a residential building. I would like to purchase two of them. The front part of the lock (with the handle) is 6 1/2 cm by 2 3/10 cm . The back part of the lock is 7 cm by 9/10 cm.

Hello, My customer is looking for a piece of weatherstripping that goes on the bottom of a double hung window. The shape is a little odd with a 90 degree angle and the bulb is about 1/4" in diameter as is the flange part. Do you have anything like that? Thank you!

The one we found on your site doesn't have a flange and has to have the notch like in the provided pictures and the wheel is 1/18, 5/8"

I can't seem to identify the exact part I need. These are for 3050 single hung PGT windows and they're stamped 2840 I understand it's a block and tackle and I need the entire new assembly but the top and bottoms on several of your models look similar to me, so I'm not sure which I should order. I have a Milgard awning window. Milgard service says it is a Maxim, but that has been discontinued and the current one is called Encore. The measurements seem to fit product Code: 39-239CSS Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount.Does this seem right? If so, I will order it.

The weather stripping on the outside edge of our casement windows is very deteriorated. It is foam filled and roughly circular. It extends out of the track about 1/4" inch diameter.
