Hello, I have a milgard single hung vinyl window. It has been very difficult to open and close lately, and today when I opened it this balance fell out. Only marking is "RH" on underside of mech. Cover over gearbox does not appear to be removable - one piece casting.I see the brand name "Caradco" on the knob. Distance from center of pivot to center of outer roller on arm is 13.5 inches. Thanks
