I have several broken CertainTeed surface mounted top window tilt latches. The notch on top of the window sash measures 11/16" W x 3-1/2" Long to the end of the sash frame. Patio door rollers

I need to replace these two plastic pieces that screw in in the top of the lower sash. They hold the window in place and keep it from tilting forward. They are about 3 inches in size.

These are from windows approximately 46 years old. Time has had a effect on them . The housings have become brittle and broken allowing the roller to fall out

Can you help me with a match for this balance coil and pivot please? The pivot is 1-1/4"w x 1-1/2"h x 1/2"thick. The coil spring is stamped with #8, the top spring holder is 1-/4"w x 1-7/16"h x 9/16" deep

I would need both right and left. Number on the window balancer is 2230F

Hello, We have a few windows all with the same problem - the crank is stripped. It will open the window, but it can't close the window. It looks like it's TRUTH brand (the symbols on the arms). Hopefully the attached pictures show the pertinent numbers needed. One of the arms has the number 40011 ... (cont.)

4 windows won't stay up. The pivot shoe is broken and doesn't hold the balance spring. I will need the spring tool also.

Part says 10D on back and Patent. #5,139,291. It is 2 3/4" long and 3/4" wide and off white.

Hardware has come apart. Please replace. The house was built in 1987. Anderson casement.7168-17 and 7168-18. 5 3/8 inches including black plastic [ 7168-17 ] and 6 7/8 inches for other piece [ 7168-18 ]
