Hello,I'm trying to find replacements for the locks for our screen locks for our 3 seasons room. They use a clamp style lock that is activated by pressing on a lever and they are surface mounted and the holes are 4" apart.Thank you,Kristy

I need to find a replacement part for the window roller that holds the window up. See attaced picture. This is inside the track and attached to the bottom of the window. Thank thank you.

need coil balance and the metal piece that is broken in the picture. Also how do you take them off when there is no spot to slide out. coil balance is 5/8- 26in length.

8009 R on the broken handle

Hi, This is from a Milgard window. Only the bottom window opens. No tilt. 33" measuring only the metal bar. The side near the pulley has broken so a piece is missing. The following was printed on the bar. "32 4 HN CALDWELL"

Metal section is 21" long, 9/16" wide and 5/8" in depth. The number on part is 2040 CA / B.S.I. In need of 2 (1 pr) Thank you

The little sliding plastic piece is broken and the window almost falls out of the opening when opened. Need a new top assembly.

These plastic inserts are attached with a small screw into the window channel. This allows the window channels to catch and help slide the window up/down. I recently ordered part S380-21 (otion: 2040) 21" Series 380 Channel Balances for the exact same window, but didnt realize one of the two plastic ... (cont.)
