Looking for a replacement block for a window that uses a 33" Series 385 Channel Balance.The part is 2 1/8" x 9/16" x 5/8". There is no identifying marks.

I'm trying to find th me right weather stripping for these Pella windows. I am not 100% sure on the age but I think it's late 80s early 90s

Need a set of window balances and shoes for a vinyl window. The channel balance is 24" in length. Stamped on the channel is 2400 BSI. Is BSI the company of the window manufacturer?

Our repairman says our Pella sliding glass door needs new rollers. It was installed in 2001 along with a second unit that is used much less frequently. The 2nd unit is fine.
