Can you help me identify this hoe and balance. I need a dozen of them.

Need a new casement handle mechanism for this window

I'm looking for a replacement pivot bar, the bar has a screw about 1.75 inches in and fits into a rectangle shoe 3/8 tall and 5/8 wide.

The very end of this crank handle will come completely off. I try and put the pin back and put the end back on but it will not stay secure. This is a Hurd window crank.

Window balance is 28" long but I can't read any other numbers, need help on ordering the correct balance.

I'm not sure, but guessing this is really an upside down 6+6, so it could be the S140-18. I can't seem to remove it, but every video I watch about this involves putting the bottom of the sham into the bottom of this piece, and both sides look like the bottom of this shoe is missing. Could you please tell me what replacement parts that would match these. The silver piece is broken at the one end.

Mine is a Maxim...discontinued. I think the encore is a direct replacement? Thank you

The screw hole is approximately 1 1/2 inches from the edge, sorry that photo is not that clear

i need to know the correct balance shoe to get to replace the window.

Due to the photo limit of 5, I didn't send any of installed window. I can send more pictures if you need them. Marking on Channel is 2140 J. Length of fhe channel without the ends is 22". I will need 8 of these and then more of differnt sizes when these are installed.

We opened our 2002 window and the spring broke. The window will now not stay opened. The pic shows the good part on other side and the other pic shows the number on the metal that was inside. Can u help us with ordering a new part?

These windows were manufactured by a company in Cisco Texas Texas called S&M or Reynolds manufacturing they are no longer in business, but they left a lot of windows in our area and I'm having trouble finding this glazing bead

Hello, we had two of our balancers break. The windows are Simonton. I was told that there is a upgraded replacement balancer and we would need different pivot bars too. I sure would appreciate help with getting the correct parts. Thank you.

I can find any numbers on the windows, but I was able to remove one of the beads. With the provided pictures, I hope you can provide me a replacement.

Looks like both sides are broken. Right side has more coils detached than the left. No id on the plastic other than a pat #. Did not cut the vinyl tracks to remove coils yet. Any idea what these are or if you sell a replacement? Or how can I remove them safely to allow future installation of replac ... (cont.)
