Looking for this item in MILL / Aluminum finish

The attached photos are for an operator on a Marvin window that a Truth motor broke -- the crank was broken out of its socket. It has two 8-inch arms, and appears to be EntryGard brand.

I previuosly ordered wheels, yet even though the wheels themselves were the apparent correct size, the side pins which clipinto the plastic assembly were a 1/4 " in diameter, and I need the small diameter pinned wheels where the diameter is 5/32 perhaps.

I need 10 stop rails, and I am not finding them and need your help, please.

Window brand is Radiance. The sash weighs about 18lbs. There are letters a-f vertically on the plastic piece. To the side is a F. The other side just has pat pend.

The window doesn't not want to slide properly and gets stuck at times. Wanting to replace both sliders to see if that fixes the problem

The screws in the handle are stripped and cannot be tightened, we are using tape until we can find a replacement handle.

I am hoping to replace this window crank.. I believe it is a left hand crank

Hello, One of the wheels on this assembly had widened in one portion and seized. We were able to bend it back into shape and it is now spinning freely, but I'd like to have a replacement on hand for if/when it fails again. Was hoping you could help me identify the part I need.

Hello , Im trying to look for this type of balance ... its ribbed but it comes with a pivot shoe ....also the pivot shoe is smaller and thiner than the standard 1"1/4 (I've attached photos of both). Please advise . Thanks!

Hello, I don't see a name on the windows. I had a glass person come out and they told me that there was no way to fix these windows. They said I have to replace them at over $1000 each. I’m trying to identify a replacement pivot shoe for my tilt-in vinyl window. The plastic retainer that holds the pivot bar broke, so the pivot bar no longer locks into the shoe and the window won’t stay up. There are no molded part numbers on the pivot shoe or carrier that I can find. ... (cont.)

Replacing channel balances. Markings on balances are B.S.I 2720. Metal length is 28 in.

Do you know how to remove a broken pivot bar that broke off while still in the window? Any suggestions on how to remove the piece left in the window Thanks
